As a full-time sales representative, you’ll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. You’ll be trained to deliver custom quotes to customers for roof replacements, roof repairs, siding, and windows. We’re searching for the candidate who knows and understands “in-home” sales and what it takes to be successful in the industry: Primary job responsibilities include:

• Run company leads and achieve a sales success rate of over 40%
• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on roofing, siding, and windows
• Participation in ongoing training camps and sales meetings on a weekly basis

The Project Manger position requires the following knowledge, experience, and skills:

· Valid drivers license

· Knowledge in shingle, metal, and flat roofing installation

· Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual is a plus but not mandatory)

The Production Manager has the responsibility of managing all branch location installations, evaluating client warranties, and making sure our crews have all the materials and resources they need to do their jobs. Working closely with Office Administration and field employees, the Production Manager will collaborate for optimal job scheduling of jobs at each location. The Production Manager is accountable for upholding a 4- to 6-week delivery window on installs starting from the date of the contract, purchasing materials, confirming material delivery, and informing the headquarters and the client of any issues that arise.

Position Requisites

The Production Manager position requires the following knowledge, experience, and skills:

• 5+ years working in the construction industry
• Experience managing a team
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office including (but not limited to) Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
• Capable of climbing ladders on a repetitive basis to complete field investigations

Position Responsibilities

The Production Manager position comes with the following responsibilities:

• Acts as the liaison between customers, production team, crews, and suppliers
• Assure that all quality and installation standards are kept at or above the required standard
• Monitoring the proposed budget for supplies, labor, managing, and training the crew
• Ensuring all safety protocols are being followed in accordance with industry standards and Wagner Roofing & Construction Solutions expectations.
• Ensure that every aspect of our customers’ experience is fantastic
• Update clients regularly on the progress of their project, starting at the beginning of the project and continuing through the final walk-through
• Coordinate projects with crew leaders to ensure project progress is maintained through completion which will include material running and coordination of delivery times with the supplier
• Be actively involved in the project, monitoring development to ensure that high quality is maintained
• Communicate job progress and completion to the inspection team in order to aid in the coordination of inspections
• In accordance with business requirements, responsibilities may change at any time without prior warning.

Compensation and Employment Terms

The Production Manager will have a base salary of $85,000-$100,000 based on experience

• Full-time Monday through Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm, working Saturdays when need
• Voluntary benefits will be offered after 90 days of employment
